Additional Details:

Residents may keep a maximum of two (2) domesticated household pets per apartment unit,
subject to management approval. Permitted pets include dogs and cats. Exotic animals, livestock,
reptiles, venomous animals, primates, and other non-domesticated animals are prohibited. 

The following dog breeds, including any mix containing these breeds, are not permitted on the
property: Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler,
Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow, Akita, Presa Canario, and Wolf Hybrid. Management reserves
the right to restrict any animal with a known history of aggressive behavior, regardless of breed.
